Principal Presales Engineer (German Speaking)

WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Principal Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and deliver compelling technical sales strategies, and collaborate with our product teams to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to drive business growth, build strong relationships with our customers, and stay ahead of the competition. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, with a deep understanding of cloud communications, APIs, and software development. You will also need to be fluent in German, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not essential. You will need to be able to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, and be able to travel occasionally (although this will be minimal due to the remote nature of the role).
