You should have excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Experience with internal communications channels, such as intranets, email newsletters, and social media, is also essential. Additionally, you should have strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred.
