ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Pricing Strategy & Operations Lead to join our team at Coursera, a leading AI-powered skills acceleration platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to inform pricing decisions. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Pricing Strategy & Operations Lead, you will: - Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to inform pricing decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Develop and maintain pricing models and forecasts to inform business decisions - Identify opportunities to optimize pricing and revenue growth WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy and operations, preferably in the education or technology industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with pricing analytics tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, economics, or computer science WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
