ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Presales Architect to join Twilio's team. As a Presales Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of communications by delivering innovative solutions to hundreds of thousands of businesses and empowering millions of developers worldwide. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Presales Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing presales architectures for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for creating and presenting technical proposals, conducting proof-of-concept demonstrations, and providing technical guidance to customers and internal teams. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in software architecture, with a focus on cloud-based and distributed systems. You will have experience with a range of technologies, including cloud platforms, messaging systems, and APIs. Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand and address their technical needs. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred.
