ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Post Office Manager at a locally owned and operated store, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and retail postal services to the community. You will be responsible for leading a team to maximize department revenue and customer satisfaction while upholding the store's standards and values.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead by example and ensure that Post Office staff demonstrate the company's core values
- Interview and recommend final candidates for hiring
- Ensure Post Office cashiers comply with all store standards
- Train employees in job functions and provide ongoing coaching and instructions
- Assist with completing performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff in conjunction with the FSM
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond expectation
- Ensure employees present a proper image to the public in accordance with the uniform policy
- Implement loss prevention systems and procedures according to standards
- Adhere to procedures regarding parcel checks
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
