Pool Technician

ABOUT THE ROLE The Pool Technician is a vital member of our engineering team at Four Seasons, responsible for ensuring the exceptional condition and functionality of our resort's premises. As a professional with a practical mind and attention to detail, you will work autonomously and responsibly, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Pool Technician, your primary responsibilities will include: - Cleaning swimming pools by skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls, and emptying skimmer baskets - Testing and balancing pool water chemistry, including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other chemical levels - Adding and adjusting chemicals according to safety guidelines and company standards - Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems - Identifying and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and recommending repairs or replacements - Performing routine preventative maintenance on pool systems - Maintaining accurate service records, including water test results and maintenance performed - Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures - Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will require: - A passion for delivering exceptional service and inspiring your team to achieve the same results - The ability to work autonomously and responsibly, adhering to all health and safety guidelines - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Comfort with computer systems and willingness to accept assignments on an as-needed basis - Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays WHY REMOTE As a Four Seasons employee, you will enjoy the flexibility to work from a variety of locations, including our resort in Anguilla.
