Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Bouygues Bâtiment International is a global leader in complex building projects, with a legacy of nearly five decades delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across all five continents. We are currently advancing a large‑scale luxury hotel and residential development in the Cayman Islands, and we seek a Planner to drive the project’s schedule from the preparatory phase through completion. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Project Management Team, construction, methods, and subcontractor groups to ensure the project meets its contractual deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop, update, and manage the master project schedule, incorporating construction sequences and critical paths in coordination with all stakeholders. - Monitor actual site progress, analyze variances against the baseline, and identify potential schedule slippages. - Propose corrective actions or recovery plans to keep the project on track. - Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Project Management Team and the client, highlighting key milestones and contractual deadlines. - Participate in coordination meetings, challenge stakeholders on their schedule commitments, and assess schedule impacts from design changes, variations, or site constraints. - Contribute to the optimization of execution strategies and interfaces between trades to enhance overall project efficiency. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of planning experience on complex construction projects. - Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and a solid understanding of construction methodologies and site operations. - Strong analytical skills, the ability to anticipate risks, and a track record of proposing practical, data‑driven solutions. - Demonstrated autonomy and effectiveness within multidisciplinary teams, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is considered an asset. - Experience on international hospitality, high‑end residential, or luxury developments is highly desirable. WHY REMOTE At Bouygues Bâtiment International we embrace a distributed, asynchronous culture that empowers our teams to work from anywhere while maintaining seamless collaboration. Flexible schedules allow you to balance personal commitments with professional responsibilities, and our remote‑friendly environment supports a healthy work‑life integration. You will have access to the same high‑level resources, training, and career development opportunities as our on‑site colleagues, ensuring you can thrive in a global, dynamic setting. BENEFITS - Comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans. - Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and personal days. - Remote work stipend to support home office setup and connectivity. - Dedicated learning budget for professional development, certifications, and industry conferences. - Competitive salary commensurate with experience and a performance‑based bonus structure. - Inclusive, diversity‑focused workplace with opportunities for international mobility and cross‑functional collaboration.
