Physician - Virtual Health Assessment - Bilingual in Spanish (Part-time)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our Virtual Health Assessment team at Oscar Medical Group. As a Physician in this role, you will play a critical part in revolutionizing the healthcare experience for our members. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Physician on our Virtual Health Assessment team, you will be responsible for conducting virtual health assessments for our members. This will involve evaluating patients' medical histories, conducting thorough assessments, and developing personalized care plans to help them achieve their healthcare goals. You will also be required to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. In addition to conducting virtual health assessments, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide the highest level of care. You will also be required to maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, adhere to regulatory requirements, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our services. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to be a licensed Physician with a strong foundation in family medicine, internal medicine, or a related specialty. You must be bilingual in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
