People Systems Lead - Europe (12-month FTC)

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled People Systems Lead to join our globally distributed People Systems, Analytics & Operations team at Typeform. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in building and operating the systems, data, and processes that power the employee experience at scale. This 12-month fixed term contract is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise in People Operations and systems thinking to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a People Systems Lead, you will analyze, design, and improve People processes to ensure operational excellence and process design across the employee lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and evaluating end-to-end People processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for simplification - Redesigning workflows to improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee experience - Partnering with People Systems to translate process improvements into system enhancements and automation - Operating and improving People systems, including ensuring HRIS (HiBob) reflects well-designed processes and supporting system updates, configurations, and workflow enhancements - Ensuring data quality and operational rigor by owning data accuracy across People systems and supporting reporting and data validation - Enhancing employee experience through operations by acting as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and identifying friction points in the employee journey - Driving continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and increase efficiency - Owning and delivering employee lifecycle operations, including managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and ensuring employee records, contracts, and documentation are maintained with high data integrity and confidentiality WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong systems thinking mindset and experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your skills and qualifications should include: - Experience improving or redesigning People/HR processes, ideally with a focus on automation and tooling - Strong working knowledge of HR systems (HiBob or similar HRIS) and data management - Proven experience supporting multi-country populations (US + Europe) - High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy and process quality - Ability to translate operational challenges into structured process and system improvements - Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to employee support - Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment - Solid understanding of HR compliance and best practices WHY REMOTE Typeform is a fully remote company by design, and this role is open to candidates based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, Spain, or The Netherlands.
