Partnerships Lead Southern Europe

As an AWS Partnerships Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategic partnership with AWS in Southern Europe. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an AWS Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing our AWS co-sell strategy across Southern Europe, including France, Italy, Spain, and surrounding markets. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with AWS commercial and field teams across Southern Europe - Creating and executing joint business plans, co-sell strategies, and activation programs tailored to the Southern European market - Building and accelerating the sales pipeline, generating revenue through AWS, and ensuring regional targets are met - Collaborating closely with Anthropic's commercial, marketing, product, and international partnerships teams to align regional execution with global strategy - Designing and executing client engagement, marketing, and joint business activities to accelerate adoption of Anthropic's technology on AWS - Providing market insights and competitive analysis to inform product and GTM positioning in the region - Leading regional activity reviews with AWS regional leadership and internal stakeholders WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will require: - Experience in strategic partnerships, cloud partnerships, or enterprise sales in the technology industry - Direct experience working with a hyperscaler (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) - Proven experience in creating cloud partnerships from scratch, establishing initiatives without a local team or existing playbook - Knowledge of the Southern European enterprise landscape and the cloud ecosystem operating within it - Experience managing pipeline and revenue targets, with a strong understanding of partner and client dynamics - Ability to thrive in uncertain environments and drive action-oriented results WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a rapidly growing organization shaping the future of AI.
