As a Partner Tech & Implementation Lead, you will bridge the gap between Wipro’s cutting‑edge technology portfolio and our strategic partner ecosystem. You will design, deploy, and optimize integration solutions that empower partners to deliver value to their customers while driving revenue growth for Wipro. This role is central to our mission of delivering seamless, end‑to‑end solutions that transform businesses across industries. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead the technical design and implementation of partner integration projects, ensuring alignment with Wipro’s architecture and security standards. - Collaborate with partner engineering teams to define integration requirements, develop APIs, and orchestrate data flows across multiple platforms. - Own the end‑to‑end implementation lifecycle, from scoping and planning through testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support. - Mentor junior team members and partner stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Drive process improvements in partner onboarding, documentation, and performance monitoring, leveraging automation and analytics to reduce time to value. - Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, coordinating cross‑functional resources to deliver rapid, effective resolutions. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Minimum of ten years of experience in partner technology integration, implementation, or solution architecture, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget. - Deep expertise in API design, RESTful services, OAuth, and modern integration patterns such as event‑driven architecture and microservices. - Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working with partner ecosystems, including joint go‑to‑market strategies, joint solution development, and partner enablement programs. - A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
