Partner Sales Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Fivetran is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to join our team and facilitate Fivetran sales engagements across our Systems Integration partners. As a critical member of our Alliances team, you will develop, maintain, and execute the process to support our Fivetran sales teams in co-selling alongside our Systems Integration partners. This role is instrumental in accelerating our growing sales engagements across these partners, resulting in an improved customer experience and mutual revenue growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Partner Sales Manager, you will work closely with Systems Integration Partner Managers to understand co-sell processes specific to each partner and identify ways to improve support and scale across each partner. You will proactively identify top accounts and customers for Fivetran sales teams to partner with at the Systems Integration partners, facilitate and secure account discussions with partner sales counterparts, and define, maintain, and improve co-sell operational components. Additionally, you will connect the dots between Fivetran sales and our partner sales teams to ensure the Fivetran sales team is solution selling with our partners and delivering a delightful customer experience. Your focus will be on growing revenue growth and pipeline creation across both Fivetran and our Systems Integration Partners. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development roles within a technology company. You should have a basic understanding of data integration technologies and partnership dynamics. Proficiency in partner sales portals, Salesforce, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides is also required.
