Partner Operations Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Partner Operations Associate to support both day-to-day partner operations and scalable automation initiatives across our partner ecosystem in the APAC region. This role will report to our Partner Operations team based in the US and serve as a primary operational resource for our partner organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Partner Operations Associate, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact in APAC and EMEA for all partner operations and enablement inquiries, requests, and issues. You will also build, update, and maintain Workato recipes, flows, and other automations for both internal partner teams and external partner sales reps. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for partner operations and enablement inquiries, requests, and issues - Building, updating, and maintaining Workato recipes, flows, and other automations - Monitoring partner health metrics via dashboards and reports - Ensuring partner compliance with their Tier in the respective regions - Owning end-to-end partner onboarding operations, including account provisioning and system access setup - Evaluating and onboarding new business partners - Maintaining CRM and PRM data integrity - Serving as the operational liaison for system and product updates WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have: - A detail-oriented and process-driven approach - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with automation tools and workflows - Knowledge of CRM and PRM systems - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team WHY REMOTE At Workato, we believe in fostering a flexible and trust-oriented culture that empowers everyone to take full ownership of their roles.
