Partner Manager, Private Equity

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Partner Manager, Private Equity to join our Partnerships team at Brex. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Private Equity firms across the West Coast, driving new customer growth, generating pipeline, and increasing engagement and monetization of existing customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Partner Manager, Private Equity, you will be responsible for: - Building and maintaining relationships with Private Equity firms across the West Coast, including San Francisco and Los Angeles - Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive new customer growth and generate pipeline through high-volume engagement with PE partners and portfolio-company executives - Representing Brex across the West Coast PE ecosystem, leveraging in-market presence and trust-building activities to drive ROI and expand Brex's reach - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and drive top-line growth WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need: - 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field, with a strong focus on Private Equity - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with executives and professionals at all levels - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex plans - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines WHY REMOTE Brex is a remote-first company, and this role will be based in San Francisco.
