Stripe
Partner Development Manager, Global Money Management
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Stripe is building the next generation of financial infrastructure that powers the global economy. The Partner Development Manager, Global Money Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the ecosystem that supports Bridge’s stablecoin products and the broader Stripe platform. This position is responsible for developing and executing a multi‑year partnership strategy that spans reserves, liquidity, distribution, and card‑related products, ensuring that Stripe remains the preferred partner for banks, exchanges, asset managers, and other financial institutions worldwide.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will define and lead a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Stripe’s long‑term product and business objectives, using deep market insight to prioritize opportunities. You will own a diverse ecosystem of financial‑partner relationships across multiple markets, monitoring partnership health, commercial performance, and executive alignment. You will source, evaluate, structure, negotiate, and close high‑impact partnerships with banks, exchanges, liquidity providers, and stablecoin ecosystem participants, setting end‑to‑end deal strategy for complex, multi‑market agreements. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to define requirements, secure senior stakeholder alignment, and execute shared priorities. You will develop a differentiated point of view on financial services and digital assets, representing Stripe and Bridge to senior external stakeholders and contributing to the broader Partnerships organization’s thought leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
You bring at least twelve years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, or strategic finance, with a proven record of owning complex, high‑impact external partnerships. You have a demonstrated ability to set partnership strategy independently, influence senior executives, and drive cross‑functional alignment on ambiguous, high‑stakes company priorities. You possess a track record of structuring, negotiating, and managing multi‑year, high‑value agreements that have material strategic, financial, product, operational, or regulatory implications. You have deep experience working with financial institutions or infrastructure providers such as banks, exchanges, asset managers, market makers, liquidity providers, payments companies, or stablecoin ecosystem participants. You exhibit strong commercial judgment and the ability to lead both commercial and technical partnership conversations with senior internal and external stakeholders. Preferred experience includes stablecoins, crypto, card issuing, or stablecoin‑linked card programs, as well as a history of representing a company at industry groups, conferences, or with senior external executives.
WHY REMOTE
Stripe’s distributed culture empowers teams to work asynchronously across time zones, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues in the United States, Europe, and Asia without the constraints of a traditional office. The flexible schedule supports a healthy work‑life balance, enabling you to manage your most productive hours while meeting global partner needs. Remote work also fosters a diverse, inclusive environment where talent is evaluated on impact rather than proximity.
