ABOUT THE ROLE
InPost Group is a global leader in automated parcel delivery solutions, transforming the way people send and receive packages through our network of smart lockers and innovative logistics services. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering this vision to customers across the UK, ensuring timely, safe, and courteous delivery of parcels while upholding the high standards of service that InPost is known for. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact with a diverse customer base, work alongside a dedicated team of logistics professionals, and contribute to the growth of a company that is reshaping the future of e‑commerce and last‑mile delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be responsible for picking up parcels from sorting facilities and delivering them to customers' addresses using the company’s fleet of vehicles. Accurate route planning and efficient time management will be essential to meet daily delivery targets and maintain customer satisfaction. You will handle package handling, including fragile and oversized items, and ensure all safety and compliance protocols are followed. Your role will involve communicating with customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving any delivery issues promptly. You will also maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues to the fleet management team.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
A valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record and at least two years of delivery or logistics experience. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deliveries while meeting strict time windows. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. A proactive attitude towards safety, including knowledge of road safety regulations and proper handling of parcels. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the delivery schedule. Familiarity with GPS navigation and route optimisation tools is an advantage.
WHY REMOTE
While the core of this role involves on‑the‑ground delivery work, InPost embraces a flexible, distributed culture that supports remote collaboration for planning, training, and reporting. Drivers can access real‑time route updates and support through a mobile app, allowing them to work asynchronously and adapt to changing traffic or weather conditions. The company offers flexible scheduling options, enabling drivers to balance personal commitments with professional responsibilities. Remote‑friendly tools and resources ensure that even those on the road remain connected to the broader InPost community, fostering a sense of belonging and continuous learning.
BENEFITS
Health coverage, paid time off, flexible schedule, mobile data stipend, learning and development budget, performance bonuses, employee referral program, and a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.
