ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team. The position requires on‑site work at various locations, including outdoor, underground, and elevated environments. Candidates must be able to work in conditions that may involve odors and physically demanding tasks. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will prepare, clean, and sand surfaces before painting, repair cracks and holes, and mix paint to achieve the desired color and texture. You will advise customers on color choices and wall coverings, apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, and estimate costs and materials for projects. The role involves handling materials up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and performing tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A high school diploma or equivalent is required. No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided. A valid driver’s license is essential for transportation to job sites. You should have strong attention to detail, the ability to distinguish between colors, and be physically capable of performing demanding work. Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork are important qualities for this role. WHY REMOTE This position is strictly on‑site; remote work is not available.
