Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE The Paid Media Manager is a key role within Later's Professional Services team, responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns for Later Influence customers. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Account Management, and Services leadership, to deliver successful campaigns. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing paid social influencer campaigns across various social platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat Ads, and others. Your tasks will include planning, setup, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization of campaigns. You will also support the training of new team members in paid social strategy, creation, implementation, and reporting. Additionally, you will manage budgets and campaigns as a paid social subject matter expert, partnering with cross-departmental teams to support team goals. You will provide creative and strategic direction on specific initiatives, identifying key messages and creative components that help clients reach their goals. You will also translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans and partner with Account Managers and Services account leads to align strategies across campaign initiatives. You will support new business efforts and sales pitches for existing licenses and net new proposals, forecast performance and spend to inform future budget recommendations, and stay current on advertising, marketing, data, targeting, AI, and automation trends that improve operations and cost efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring and continuously analyzing channel performance, translating data into clear, actionable insights, and building and presenting regular reports on paid social campaign performance with recommendations for continued improvement. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need direct agency experience in paid social media management, a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. You should be familiar with paid social platforms, tools, and Influence customer roster, and have experience in managing budgets and campaigns. WHY REMOTE As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
