WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Page Not Found specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to our fiber network and Internet access. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive fast and reliable connectivity, with a focus on dedicated fiber services that meet their specific needs. You will work closely with our technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support to our clients. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of fiber optic networks and Internet access. You should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with customers and technical teams on a regular basis. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or telecommunications, is preferred.
