ABOUT THE ROLE Bass Pro Shops is expanding its overnight operations team to a fully remote model, enabling our dedicated staff to support the store’s nightly workflow from anywhere. As an Overnight Task Team member, you will be the backbone of our overnight operations, ensuring that inventory, merchandising, and fulfillment run smoothly while the store is closed. Your work will directly support the Sales Outfitters, allowing them to focus on delivering legendary customer service and driving sales during the day. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Coordinate and update inventory data, performing on‑demand counts and scanning to maintain accurate stock levels across all departments. - Execute virtual price changes, tagging, and signage updates, and review inventory adjustments to reflect real‑time store conditions. - Manage planogram compliance by reviewing and updating digital layouts, ensuring that product placement meets visual merchandising standards. - Provide remote support for OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods, including order processing and shipment coordination. - Collaborate with the Inventory Control team to complete empty peg scans, display integrity checks, and recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, and sorting. - Deliver exceptional customer service through remote channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues that arise during overnight hours. WHAT YOU'LL NEED - One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment, preferably within retail or outdoor lifestyle sectors. - High school diploma or equivalent, with strong organizational and analytical skills. - Familiarity with planograms, visual merchandising, and inventory management systems. - Ability to identify and replenish out‑of‑stock or low‑stock items using data-driven insights. - Strong judgment, logical problem‑solving, and the capacity to work independently during overnight shifts. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with in‑store teams and stakeholders.
