ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Career Advisors/Mentors to support students in one of our clients' bootcamps. As a Career Advisor/Mentor, you will be passionate about professional development, labor market insertion, and personal growth, with a strong desire to guide students in their preparation for new opportunities and successful integration into the current labor market.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Career Advisor/Mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and accompanying students to achieve their professional and employability goals
- Daily supervision of students' progress in their job search and development of skills
- Internal coordination to ensure the alignment of the program by sharing knowledge weekly with the educational team
- Academic management to oversee the integral experience of labor and academic insertion within the Bootcamp
- Continuous feedback to provide weekly reports to the team on students' evolution, needs, and motivation
You will also be responsible for fostering a sense of community and actively participating in the daily experience of students, creating a supportive, energetic, and collaborative environment that lasts beyond the completion of the course.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields
- Professional experience in labor guidance, talent consulting, human resources, employability departments, or career management
- Previous experience providing formative support, tutoring, mentorship, or career advice
- A strong interest in talent development, continuous learning, and new labor market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to support both synchronous (live) and asynchronous activities
- Native or bilingual fluency in Spanish (the bootcamp is conducted entirely in this language)
- Valuable experience working with adults, bootcamps, or labor and professional training programs
WHY REMOTE
The role is remote, with sessions taking place on Fridays from 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 16:30 hours, with individual synchronous sessions.
