ABOUT THE ROLE The Operator Sewing Machine position is a hands‑on role that requires working directly at the production facility. The role involves operating sewing machines to produce high‑quality garments from cotton, synthetic fabrics, and silk. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will set up, operate, and maintain sewing machines to meet production targets. Your responsibilities include preparing fabrics, adjusting machine settings, monitoring stitching quality, and performing routine maintenance. You will also follow safety protocols and assist with inventory management of materials. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of one month but less than seven months of experience operating sewing machines. No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required. Proficiency with cotton, synthetic, and silk fabrics is essential. Strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards are required.
