WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Operations Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of Coinbase's UK business, CB Payments Ltd. Your key responsibilities will include owning and running the end-to-end Financial Promotions and Asset Listings approval workflow for the UK, leading local product governance, and driving customer experience improvements that shape how Coinbase grows in the UK market. You will also be responsible for building, improving, and scaling UK operational processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and driving automation to support new product launches and an evolving regulatory landscape. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have 4+ years of experience in financial services operations, with a proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a regulated environment. You should have a deep understanding of UK FCA regulations, financial promotions rules, and MiFID requirements, and be able to translate these into documented processes and controls. You should also have experience defining and implementing operational policies and procedures that withstand regulatory scrutiny, including maintaining audit-ready documentation. Additionally, you should have the ability to gather, organize, and interpret operational data to inform decisions, quantify progress, and produce reporting for senior leadership. BENEFITS The target annual base salary for this position is £81,630 - £90,700 GBP, excluding equity and bonus. Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
