ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) professional to join Kirloskar Solar, a company dedicated to empowering a limitless future through innovation and integrity. As an O&M professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar assets. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our solar power plants, including monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. You will work closely with our engineering and technical teams to ensure the optimal performance of our assets and minimize downtime. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in operations and maintenance, preferably in the solar industry. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or a related discipline is required.
