You will coordinate the execution of multi‑channel campaigns, including email, digital advertising, content syndication, and events, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with privacy regulations. You will develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicators, translating complex data into clear, concise reports for executive stakeholders. You will work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and meet technical specifications. Finally, you will stay abreast of industry trends in marketing technology and recommend tools and processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, coupled with at least 3‑5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role within a fast‑paced SaaS environment. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret complex reports using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating technical details into clear business language. A proactive mindset, comfortable working independently in a distributed team, and a passion for continuous improvement.
