Manager, Talent Partnerships

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Partnerships to join our team at Later, the world's most intelligent influencer marketing company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and activating top-tier creator talent across campaigns, building a best-in-class talent ecosystem that gives our clients access to the right creators faster, unlocks premium partnerships, and differentiates Later. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Manager, Talent Partnerships, you will be responsible for a combination of strategic and executional tasks. You will shape our point of view on talent, develop and continuously refine our point of view on creator talent across categories, platforms, and cultural trends, and identify emerging and high-impact creators aligned to client objectives and brand positioning. You will also be responsible for sourcing and securing creator talent for campaigns, building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, agents, and managers, and leading sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for high-tier talent. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless campaign execution and service evolution, and contribute to pitches and client conversations with a strong, informed POV on talent recommendations. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the creator and management landscape, as well as a strong network of relationships with agencies. You will also need to be able to stay ahead of industry shifts, pricing trends, and platform dynamics to inform recommendations, and continuously improve workflows and processes to increase scalability and efficiency in talent sourcing and trend identification.
