ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Manager, Insurance Product Market Research to join our Insurance Product Development team at Oscar. This role will support research initiatives focused on understanding market trends, consumer behaviors, competitive positioning, and healthcare product performance across the segments we serve.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Manager, Insurance Product Market Research, you will conduct primary and secondary market research to support insurance product strategy and market-level decision-making. You will analyze healthcare market trends, consumer behaviors, competitor activity, and product performance. Your responsibilities will include developing market research summaries, dashboards, presentations, and strategic insights for company partners. You will also support competitive intelligence through data gathering and analysis, help develop market analyses, consumer segmentation, and opportunity assessments, and partner with team members to support research requests and strategic programs. Additionally, you will compile and maintain market intelligence databases, reports, and recurring deliverables, translate complex data into concise, relevant insights for business audiences, and support qualitative and quantitative research projects, including surveys, interviews, and market assessments.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field. You will also require 4+ years of experience in market analytics, competitive intelligence, healthcare strategy, or a related field. You must be willing to summarize information into clear business recommendations and travel up to 25% of the time.

This is a remote work-from-home role, and you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note that this list of states is subject to change.
BENEFITS
As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements. The base pay for this role will be between $111,034- $161,925 per year, depending on your location. You will also be eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
