Manager II, Credit & Collections

WHAT YOU'LL DO We're hiring a Manager II, Credit & Collections to own all credit and collections activity for our B2B Retailer & Ads Portfolio. As a key member of our CAO organization, you'll drive excellence across credit, collections, and AR reporting in support of Instacart's growing B2B business. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of collectors and credit analysts, driving collections performance, credit risk management, SOX compliance, and continuous process improvement. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in accounts receivable, credit, collections, or related finance operations, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a people leadership role. You'll be responsible for managing cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders across business units, as well as developing and implementing process improvements to drive sustainable performance.
