ABOUT THE ROLE
Fin is a leading AI Customer Agent company on a mission to provide perfect customer experiences for businesses worldwide. As the Manager, Business Development Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading our partner ecosystem across EMEA, driving revenue through solutions partners, system integrators, and consultancies. This is a player-coach role that requires a strategic vision and hands-on execution to partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Manager, Business Development Partnerships, you will be responsible for:
- Owning and scaling our Solution Partner ecosystem across EMEA, including leading regional strategy, partner segmentation, and prioritization across key markets.
- Managing and developing a team of partner managers, setting goals, running 1:1s, coaching on partner execution, and building a team culture of high performance and accountability.
- Personally managing a book of business, recruiting, onboarding, and growing a set of solutions partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline and revenue across the region.
- Building and executing joint go-to-market programs and demand generation activities with SIs, consultancies, VARs, AI specialists, and MSPs.
- Aligning partner activity to the EMEA sales team's pipeline, facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving co-sell and partner-sourced opportunities to close.
- Serving as the voice of the partner internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner needs and opportunities are surfaced and addressed.
- Shaping the future of solution partnerships at Fin by helping define the regional charter, how we scale the team over time, and what a world-class EMEA partner program looks like.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8-12 years of experience in channel or partner management, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing partner programs in EMEA.
- Prior people management experience, including managing at least one direct report and coaching, developing, and holding people accountable.
- Proven ability to carry an individual book of business while managing a team, with a strong understanding of the EMEA partner landscape.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product.
- A builder's mindset, with the ability to operate in a high-growth environment and design what great looks like.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to present a regional strategy to senior leadership and work through partner escalations.
- Strong organizational and operational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple active partner relationships and a direct report without dropping balls.
