Learning Management System Administrator

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System Administrator to join our Workato Academy team. As an LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and governance of our Docebo LMS, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience for our customers, partners, and internal teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an LMS Administrator, you will work at the intersection of platform operations and learner experience, going beyond basic administration to improve how learners discover, access, and engage with content. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day LMS operations, including user management, learning plans, and access controls - Handling support tickets, troubleshooting platform issues, and liaising with Docebo support as needed - Configuring and optimizing the LMS to support the goals of external-facing education - Improving learner experience and content discovery through personalization and intelligent content surfacing - Supporting integrations between Docebo and key business systems - Identifying opportunities to automate platform workflows and leverage AI capabilities - Building and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to track learner engagement and platform performance - Serving as a primary point of contact with Docebo for support escalations, feature requests, and platform updates - Maintaining a well-structured course catalogue, including metadata, taxonomy, and content tagging - Staying current with Docebo updates and proposing improvements to platform configuration, learner experience, and operations WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 2+ years of experience in LMS administration, preferably with Docebo - Strong understanding of learning management systems, including user management, learning plans, and access controls - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders, including instructional designers, trainers, and business leaders - Experience with integrations, automation, and AI capabilities - Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, with the ability to build and maintain custom reports and dashboards - Experience with content organization and metadata management WHY REMOTE Workato is a flexible, trust-oriented culture that empowers everyone to take full ownership of their roles.
