Lead Product Manager, Agentic Personalization

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Founding Product Manager to lead the development of Agentic Personalization, Hightouch's third major pillar and biggest new investment. As a key member of our team, you will define the product, sequencing, and go-to-market strategy for this critical new feature. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Define the product vision and roadmap for Agentic Personalization, tied to revenue milestones - Engage deeply with product and growth teams at enterprise companies to understand their current personalization practices and identify opportunities for agent-driven approaches - Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Agentic Personalization, including launch planning and execution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure seamless product development and deployment - Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement WHAT YOU'LL NEED - 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of launching successful products - Proven ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer adoption - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights-driven decision-making - Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding their needs and pain points WHY REMOTE Hightouch is a fully remote company, and this role will be based in a remote location.
