ABOUT THE ROLE
Iterable is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Payroll Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of payroll and accounting functions, as well as refining payroll and financial reporting processes to support our high-growth company's international expansion. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Lead Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for executing global payroll operational duties, including processing full-cycle payroll operations for domestic and international employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and timely filings. You will also work cross-functionally to design scalable and efficient processes, with a focus on automation and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing payroll systems, performing payroll reconciliations, and ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in payroll operations at a high-growth company, as well as experience with ADP WorkforceNow and other widely adopted HRIS solutions. You will also need to have meticulous attention to detail, a keen focus on scale and efficiency, and intermediate Excel skills. Experience with stakeholder and vendor management, as well as AI familiarity, is also highly desirable.

BENEFITS
Iterable offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary range of $92,000 - $150,000, variable pay, equity, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
