WHAT YOU'LL DO You will own the AI product strategy, defining the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for our machine‑learning driven services. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and translate data insights into actionable product specifications. You will lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to launch and iterative improvement, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and ethical AI guidelines. You will monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate rapidly to optimize model accuracy, latency, and user experience. You will advocate for data‑driven decision making across the organization, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. WHAT YOU'LL NEED You have 5+ years of product management experience in a technology‑heavy environment, with at least 2 years focused on AI or data‑centric products. You possess a deep understanding of machine‑learning pipelines, model deployment, and the trade‑offs between accuracy, fairness, and operational cost. You have a proven track record of delivering high‑impact products that scale to millions of users, and you are comfortable working with ambiguous problems and complex stakeholder dynamics. You are an excellent communicator, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and to influence senior leadership. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
