The Labourer Plant Operators position is a vital part of our technical team, ensuring that the studio and transmission facilities at Corrigans Beach, Clyde View Holiday Park run smoothly and safely. You will support the day‑to‑day operation of plant equipment, assist with maintenance and repairs, and help keep our broadcast infrastructure reliable for our audience. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Operate and monitor plant machinery, generators, and broadcast transmission equipment to maintain continuous service. - Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on plant and broadcast hardware. - Collaborate with the engineering and studio teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions quickly. - Keep accurate logs of equipment performance, maintenance actions, and incident reports. - Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all staff. - Support site preparation and setup for special events, ensuring that all technical requirements are met on time.
