LABOURER

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Labourer to join our team at Brimble, a rail maintenance contractor dedicated to making Australian railways safer, smarter, and more efficient for all. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our maintenance operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the maintenance of rail infrastructure, performing manual labor tasks, and supporting our team in various aspects of rail maintenance. This may involve working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues, and adhering to strict safety protocols. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will require a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in a labor-intensive or maintenance-related role is highly desirable. You will also need to be physically fit and able to work in a variety of weather conditions. WHY REMOTE Due to the nature of our work, this role is not suitable for remote work. You will be required to work on-site at our rail maintenance locations across Australia.
