ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of exciting campaigns, installations, and operational projects across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills who is ready to develop their project management career in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from brief to delivery while supporting larger campaign executions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing projects from brief to delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
Maintaining project plans, schedules, and key documentation
Coordinating UK and European installation projects, including resource planning, scheduling, and logistics management
Supporting on-site project delivery and providing project updates, reports, and completion documentation
Preparing RAMS, coordinating permits, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout project lifecycles
Supporting KPI reporting, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Junior Project Manager, or similar
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Experience within marketing, events, retail, experiential, production, or installation projects would be advantageous
