Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE Iterable is seeking a Junior Deal Desk Analyst to enhance company contract execution and drive growth. This hands-on role will be critical to reviewing, structuring, and closing contracts efficiently. As a Junior Deal Desk Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk and be part of a growing team. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will review pricing and contract structure to ensure alignment with business, legal, and finance requirements. You will also calculate margins on deals to ensure each opportunity meets gross margin targets. Additionally, you will enforce best practices for the quoting process, pricing guidelines, and overall Deal Desk processes. You will escalate approvals to the appropriate business partners and functions for review and approval, and help support sales with quote and order form creation. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a Revenue Operations role, experience in CRM (Salesforce.com), and the ability to be self-sufficient and detail-oriented. You will also need to be able to collaborate with multiple functions, be willing to learn on the job, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Adobe skills are also required.
