Junior Business Application Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a technically curious Junior Business Application Analyst to join our Business Applications team at Yotpo. This is a hands-on operational role that involves Jira platform administration and business application support across HR systems and Salesforce. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Junior Business Application Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Configuring and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, issue types, fields, and boards (50% of the role) - Onboarding new teams to Jira, setting up their spaces, and guiding them on best practices - Building and troubleshooting automations and workflow rules - Supporting consultative requests, including dashboards, Jira Plans, JQL, and project structure - Assisting with larger Jira initiatives as directed by the team lead - Supporting and maintaining Salesforce configurations, including reports, dashboards, flows, and data integrity - Administering HR platforms, including HiBob and Greenhouse, managing configurations, integrations, and user requests - Assisting with data movement between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency - Handling incoming requests from business stakeholders across GTM, Finance, HR, and Operations - Documenting processes and supporting knowledge transfer across the team WHAT YOU'LL NEED - A technical background, with a degree or coursework in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent - Genuine comfort with technology, with the ability to pick up new tools quickly - Working knowledge or hands-on experience with AI tools in a work or study context - Analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to break down problems before jumping to solutions - Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical things clearly to non-technical people - Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to follow through and flag issues proactively - Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize under pressure WHY REMOTE As a remote employee, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple platforms and business domains, with no two days being the same.
