Junior Account Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to join Marqeta's team. This is a remote opportunity that will last approximately 6 months, with the possibility of an additional period. The selected candidate will be employed by TCWGlobal and will be compensated at a rate of $55.00 - $65.00 per hour. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Junior Account Manager assigned to Marqeta, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams across the organization to support marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts - Managing the collateral feedback and approval process, coordinating reviews across internal stakeholders, incorporating revisions, and ensuring all customer-facing materials receive required sign-off prior to distribution - Creating monthly customer-centric content to keep the broader organization apprised of customer updates, key metrics, and other information pertinent to the Revenue & Go To Market team - Supporting the development and delivery of presentation materials in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, and Excel/Google Sheets (QBRs, Executive Briefing Decks, process outlines, etc.) - Supporting day-to-day customer management processes WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will require: - Typically a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree - Ideally experience working in Operations or Account Management - Experience documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations of customer programs - Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email) - Experience prioritizing, managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously WHY REMOTE This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere and enjoy the flexibility that comes with it.
