ABOUT THE ROLE As an Internal Communications Specialist at Brex, you will be the driving force behind how our company communicates internally, ensuring employees across the globe are informed, aligned, and engaged. You will own the coordination and execution of our company-wide All Hands meetings, develop and distribute communications across various channels, and shape the employee experience with precision and ambition. WHAT YOU'LL DO Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing company-wide All Hands meetings and other employee events, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on themes and content, drafting and editing a wide range of content, and maintaining editorial calendars and communication plans. You will also support communication strategies during periods of organizational change, develop manager guidance and employee FAQs, and improve communication consistency and scalability across teams. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, or a related field, exceptional writing and editing skills, and strong project management and organizational skills. You must be able to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information are also essential. WHY REMOTE Brex offers a remote-friendly work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere and maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will be expected to work onsite 3 days a week at our San Francisco hub office, but the flexibility to work remotely will be available. BENEFITS The expected salary range for this role is $108,950 - $131,188 USD, depending on factors including location, skills, experience, and market demands. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
