Integrated Campaigns Manager, Startups and AI

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an experienced marketing leader to quarterback integrated campaign strategies for startups and AI companies at Stripe. As a key member of our global demand campaigns team, you'll champion the needs of these audiences, holding deep market and audience insight and direct business accountability. Your mission will be to drive awareness and engagement for our audiences, solutions, and products worldwide, supporting Stripe business objectives and delivering impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you'll lead a large, global, cross-functional workstream to build campaign strategies and content, then work with regional teams to craft local strategies and deliver activations through integrated channels. You'll capture performance against all of your efforts, analyze results, and share learnings to drive continuous improvement and impact. Your responsibilities will include owning the overall campaign strategy and plan for startups and AI companies, partnering with various teams to define and implement campaigns, and using your multi-channel expertise to deliver campaigns via digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social, events, sales plays, and more. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong background in enterprise B2B marketing, with experience in integrated campaigns, content marketing, regional and field marketing, and account-based marketing. You should have expert-level knowledge of the startup and AI landscape, as well as proven expertise in partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to build, grow, and develop pipeline. You'll also need excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills, especially to executive stakeholders.
