Insights Manager II

ABOUT THE ROLE Instacart is a leading grocery delivery company that is transforming the industry by providing customers with access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together. We're building a team to help drive growth and innovation, and we're looking for a talented Insights Manager II to join our Retail Insights team. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Insights Manager II, you'll be responsible for turning data into decisions that drive growth and success for our key grocery retail partners. You'll work closely with our Business Development team to craft business cases and quarterly business reviews that are analytically rigorous, narratively compelling, and tied to outcomes retailers care about. You'll also build and improve internal tools, frameworks, and narratives that help stakeholders move from raw data to clear direction. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong analytical mindset and be able to work through ambiguous problems step by step. You'll also need to have proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, as well as polished communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships. A self-starter orientation and experience in retail, e-commerce, or grocery are also highly desirable.
