Human Resources Generalist Manager

As a hands-on generalist, you will own the full employee lifecycle end-to-end, partnering with leadership to build scalable processes and a premier staff experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing multi-state compliance, owning full-cycle payroll in Rippling, and maintaining audit-ready records. You will also drive full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to onboarding top-tier talent, administer benefits, design engagement programs, and support professional development. Additionally, you will serve as the primary HR resource for managers, providing coaching on performance and policy. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a generalist owning multiple functions. You must have a strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws. Proficiency in Rippling HRIS is desired, as is experience in high-growth or start-up environments. You will also need to be available for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours. Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly preferred. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP), is a plus. Exceptional communication skills and discretion with confidential information are essential.
