ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at a medical technology company that develops, manufactures, sells, and services state-of-the-art nuclear medicine imaging systems. As a key member of our US team, you will support our international headquarters and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative medtech environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, people operations, and employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the interview process.
- Proactively building talent pipelines and sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Leading the US new-hire orientation process and managing the offboarding procedure.
- Maintaining and updating the HR Information System (HRIS) and electronic personnel records to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Supporting and administering the company's performance review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback processes.
- Acting as a champion of company culture, organizing team events, initiatives, and programs that foster employee engagement and retention.
- Managing US employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and acting as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Assisting in administering compensation plans and ensuring they remain competitive in the market.
- Maintaining deep knowledge of U.S. federal, State, and local employment laws and ensuring company policies, employee handbook, and HR practices are fully compliant and up to date.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partner role, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- A solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws, payroll basics, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with a remote international headquarters.
