ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven HR Specialist to join our North America HR team at JFrog. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that is reinventing DevOps to help the world's greatest companies innovate. As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our employees are engaged, aligned, and empowered to deliver "liquid software" seamlessly. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will act as a bridge between individual contributors and managers across all US departments, ensuring our employees are equipped to deliver their best work. You will partner closely with Senior HR Business Partners and the VP of HR North America to turn organizational goals into actionable initiatives that strengthen team resilience and culture. Your responsibilities will include: * Partnering with frogs and managers to help them achieve their goals in alignment with our CODEX * Providing valuable insights to HR management and JFrog business units through "sensing" * Collaborating with partners in other departments to ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to offboarding * Observing existing processes and data to suggest improvements that drive efficiency and value for the HR team and the business * Assisting with the deployment of core HR initiatives throughout the year * Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all HRIS updates * Driving special projects as needed WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: * 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-tech software environment * Experience leveraging modern HR technologies and AI is highly valued * Familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and programs, including relevant labor law * Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology or a related field * Proactivity and curiosity, with a strong interest in understanding our business and people * Relationship building and high emotional intelligence, with a proven track record of cultivating authentic relationships * Problem-solving and adaptability, with the capacity to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to connect across diverse, cross-functional groups WHY REMOTE JFrog offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. This flexible work arrangement allows you to balance your work and personal life while still being part of a dynamic and innovative team.
