HR Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join our team at a cutting-edge global leader in live video software. As a full-time permanent employee, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day HR function end-to-end for approximately 90-100 employees in a remote, global company. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain a consistent employee experience, ensuring strong compliance foundations, administering benefits, and implementing scalable performance and engagement systems as the company grows. WHAT YOU'LL DO As our ideal candidate, you will partner with leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR operations. This includes rolling out OKRs, as well as other key HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include building successful HR policies and practices, championing a strong culture of caring and embracing employee engagement, and administering benefits. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need at least 8 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of partnering with leadership and serving as the primary point of contact for all HR operations. Experience working in high-growth startup environments is highly desirable, as is experience with Rippling and OKRs.
