ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Houseman to join our team at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our guest rooms. You will be the face of our hotel, providing personalized service to our guests and exceeding their expectations. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Houseman, your primary responsibilities will include: - Cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the guest room, including the bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom, according to our established procedures. - Performing room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms, ensuring that all rooms are clean and up to standard. - Providing turndown service for our guests, paying attention to the smallest details to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. - Identifying opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest, making their stay with us truly unforgettable. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - At least one year of experience working in hotel housekeeping, with a strong understanding of hotel procedures and protocols. - Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
