ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a dependable and hardworking individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. As a Hiring Operations Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business by serving customers, handling and delivering compressed gas cylinders, assembling hydraulic hoses, and assisting with various tasks as needed. This is a practical, hands-on role that requires problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take responsibility and be part of a close-knit team. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Hiring Operations Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include: - Delivering excellent customer service at the sales counter, by telephone, and during deliveries - Handling, inspecting, and delivering compressed gas cylinders safely and professionally - Assembling, repairing, inspecting, and pressure testing hydraulic hose assemblies - Supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our business WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need: - A valid Bermuda Heavy Truck Driver's Licence - Experience with hydraulic hose assembly - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work safely and handle heavy materials - Comfortable learning and using technology, including business software, mobile applications, and AI tools - Sales or business development experience is an advantage WHY REMOTE As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance.
