ABOUT THE ROLE
Scale is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Head of Global Assurance. This position will lead a high-performing team of technical experts responsible for advancing Scale's assurance programs across its Global Public Sector and Commercial business units.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Head of Global Assurance, you will be responsible for leading assurance programs across Scale's Global Public Sector and Commercial businesses. This includes managing and developing a technical assurance team responsible for public sector authorizations, commercial assurance, audits, customer commitments, control evidence, remediation, and reporting. You will also set priorities and operating cadences for assurance workflows, build metrics and reporting cadences to give company leadership a clear view of program health, and partner with various teams to validate evidence and support authorization and audit requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, GRC, public and commercial sector assurance, IT audit, cloud security, or related roles. You should also have active U.S. security clearance, SCI eligible, and experience leading global or region-specific assurance programs through scalable control frameworks and cross-functional execution. Additionally, you should have experience managing senior technical assurance, cybersecurity compliance, GRC, audit, or control evidence professionals, and be familiar with FedRAMP, continuous monitoring, authorization packages, and related NIST frameworks.

BENEFITS
As a Scale employee, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package, including base salary, equity, and benefits. The salary range for this position in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is $287,200 - $359,000 USD. You will also receive benefits such as comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. Additionally, this role may be eligible for additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.
