Head of Creative

ABOUT THE ROLE Typeform is seeking a Head of Creative to define and lead the evolution of our brand and creative expression as the company enters its next stage of growth. We're expanding from a form builder into a broader platform for building powerful customer interactions and workflows, and our brand must evolve with it. This role will shape how Typeform is understood in the market, ensuring our narrative and visual identity reflect the full ambition of the platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO As Head of Creative, you will lead the strategy, craft, and systems behind the brand across every marketing touchpoint. Your responsibilities will include leading the evolution and repositioning of the Typeform brand, defining the creative vision and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints, and building scalable creative systems and processes that support marketing across web, campaigns, product launches, and content. You will also lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team across design, copy, motion, and production, and partner closely with marketing, product design, and leadership to align brand storytelling with product strategy and growth goals. WHAT YOU'LL NEED To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience leading creative teams within high growth technology companies, a strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic brand thinking and exceptional creative execution, and experience evolving or repositioning a brand as a company and product expands. You will also need strong cross-functional leadership skills, the ability to influence and build alignment across teams, and deep creative craft across design, copy, motion, or production, with the ability to mentor and guide creative talent.
